I ordered a dust collector from Grizzly. I had a shipping issue, in which it had concealed damage.

Grizzly customer service was excellent - even though I picked it up in the states, they're shipping the replacement parts to me in Canada, on their dime. I'll have to pay duty and taxes (and UPS clearance fees), but it was above and beyond for Grizzly.

I'm very impressed with their customer service.

I've always said this is why I continue to go to Grizzly. I'm fortunate enough to live close and purchase in person. They have great folks working there and always go out of their way to resolve issues.
 
Grizzly has always done well by me.

I have a number of their products. While their products may not be First in Class, you always get what you pay for and their people are great.
 
I've always had great service from Grizzly and very fast shipping. And I love visiting their Showroom in Springfield, MO.
