Larry, based on what I saw at your house last weekend you should be able to add the 220volt outlet rather easily. I hate to see you take a hit on this if you can get one installed. Should be about an hour service call for a decent electrician and less than a $100 material. Good luck.

heck - wire it up yourself...electricity can't hurt you if you throw the breaker first.

just stick the wires in the outlet...110 will just make it run half as fast as 220!
