A month or so ago the small town I live in, Ulm Montana (pop. 450 or so) had some excitement. It was in the morning and my wife and I were headed out to finish our stand alone raised bed enclosure. I opened the garage door and low and behold, 4 Grizzly Bears ran right past me (within 30'), a mama and 3 yearlings. Of course it was all over the local news and even showed them running in our back yard and then out the front yard from some photos our neighbors took. An FWP Grizzly Bear Specialist came out, asked a lot of questions and then took pictures of all the Bear paw prints. So to commemorate this, I hope, once in a lifetime event I asked Les (@rd_ab_penman) if he could make me some Grizzly Bear blanks for a 30cal bolt action rifle pen. He obliged me and a few days later I had 2 Grizzly Bear blanks and one Braided Polymer (it was a gimme and very nice). Les used his dipping method to finish the blanks and they came out beautifully and were a joy to put together, thanks Les.
