New to pen turning, and particularly interested in pens as gifts. The thought of connecting people through their writing hand to woods and blanks that have meaning to them (dead wood from their favorite hiking trail, remnants associated with inspirational people from their past, barn wood from the farm they grew up on, wood from biblical places, etc.) really excites me. Also assembling the tools and materials needed for stabilization and casting. Thank you for the add.
