This is a Gatsby, in chrome/gunmetal, my favorite finish for a Gatsby. The blank is a Green Quartz from Woodcraft. I'm happy with it.

Looks like you mastered your finishing process. Beautiful pen. I like the grande gatsby...you may want to give it a try...thicker barrel (3/8 tube). I just bought 10 or so from Exotics.

Thank you for the compliment. I figured it out with your advice and experimentation. I'm happy with the results I'm getting.

I've made several Gatsby Grande pens, I actually like them better. They use a 3/8" tube, so the material is thicker on the ends. They're also a larger diameter. But they sell regular Gatsbys at my local Rockler, so I'll pick them up there when I'm not mail ordering.
