Received my first order of Alumilite last week. Along with the resin, I got one of their scales. When I opened the box for the scale, I heard something go clunk when I tipped it. Worked with the scale a couple of days, determined that something was loose inside. Sometimes it would work, sometimes not. Called Alumilte and explained what was going on. This was on Monday. Received a new scale this afternoon. Now that is customer support that I can appreciate. Just wanted to pass it along.
