Two weeks before Thanksgiving I did a 2-day show. I did okay. I heard the usual comments about what a great Christmas gift the pens would make. I had several customers take a business card.
Well this afternoon, as I was out with my son who was home from college, I received a phone call asking about my pens. My son simply said we could go back home so I could meet with the caller.
NO WAY. My time with him is way more important.
I told the caller that I would call them when I got home, which I did.
The person did come over around 7:30. What I thought would be a simple 1-pen sale, turned out to be a very good evening.
All in all, what a great day. I spent some time with my boy and I sold a bunch of pens.
