About 2 weeks ago I ordered the PSI Turning Between Centers mandrel system from Exotic Blanks. When I first used it last week, there was a very noticeable vibration at the tail stock. I sent an email to EB and Ed called me back and said he had the problem with one and that to solve the problem all one had to do was tighten the back of the center by tightening the two small holes were on the back of the live center. I did not have a spanner wrench that would fit so I tried unsuccessfully using a pair of small needle nose pliers and a pair of snap ring pliers. I emailed him back Monday night and told him I was unsuccessful. Tuesday evening I received am email from Dawn that I should not be having such a hard time with it and she was sending me a replacement system and a prepaid mailing label to send back the one I had.
