Did not know if it could be done, but wanted to give it a try. Engraving a pen blank on the CNC. Made a gig to mount the rounded blank. Took the GOT Stark image and made my vectors and gave it a go. A lot to engrave in a small amount of space, so it's OK, but still needs some tweaking. The engravings were fill in with coffee grounds and sealed with CA glue.

Personally, I like the pen, but I think that the engraving needs to be done with a finer tip. And for infill material, you want something that is pretty much a dust like material.

Thanks for all of the comments, they are greatly appreciated. And, actually, the bit I used is about the finest there is, it the type of vectors that I used that is the problem. That is where I need to address the problem. I need to convert the image to a single line vector and I am still working on that. As to the coffee grounds, I regrind the grounds in a grinder so they are to a power consistency.
