Not something you would expect to get in January with snow and single digit temperatures. A friend of the family just got back from his yearly bob cat trapping season in Arkansas. He made a deal with the rancher in the past to save him rattlesnakes. This year he decided to give them to me. His price... a couple pens for the rancher and his wife, of course there will be a few for him too. Six very nice prairie rattlesnakes. Just got them all skinned out, cleaned and prepped for drying. Hopefully they will be dry enough so I will be able to get a few made up for MPG door prizes. I just wish pheasants were that easy to skin.
