So, what's up with the "War Eagle"? I'm not up on my Auburn Heritage. For the layman (that's me) it looks like a Mascot identity crisis. Insight is humbly and greatly appreciated...

I work for Southwest Airlines. Fun day today at airport, still wall to wall people wearing green and orange. Most don't want to leave. Here we are sending them off to snowy destinations wearing shorts and polos. Lol.

Oregon's Carbon Fiber look helmets are cool. But the rest of the uniform... bleck! Especially the dayglow yellow socks, shoes, laces etc.
Yes i also heard about the new turf replacement on TV. That was no reason for it being so wet.

It was a great game. I rooted for Oregon only because it is west coast and I feel obligated. Didn't really matter, it was a great game. Oregon doesn't need to hang their heads, they gave it their best. It was actually a closer game than I thought it would be. Congrats to Auburn!
