This is a Worthlesswood cast that I made on Saturday during Jay Devins demo, turned on Sunday on a chrome cigar because it was what I had on hand. CA finish, which I also learned to do Saturday. Since then I've done 3, all great. I'm very pleased with this pen, and glad I bought more blanks!

I got a whole lot of cool stuff at Bubbasville:
A chunk of chamise burl (for casting), BOW, Palm, Rosewoodburl, CA, Redwoodburl, Koa, Australian Teak, a Tshirt, and lots more.
My saddlebags where LOADED!!!
AND I met a lot of cool people who taught me a few good tricks! I was a great time and well worth the tank of gas (10$, ouch[:p]) it took me to get there.

Anybody else have things from Saturday to show off? I know we all went home with something!

Worthless wood blanks is such a misnomer.
They are great and make amazing pens.
Great job.
It sounds like it was time well spent and you have the pens to prove it.
