Gold Double Twist Cigar kits

Can anyone please point me in the direction of some "Gold Double Twist Cigar" pen kits??????:redface:

I believe 99% of all cigar kits are double twist. Double Twist refers to the fact that the transmission in the kit can be manipulated left or right to expose the nib of the pen refill.

Thanks for that, the pen I have has a small hexagon at the end of the top finial.
I've not seen that on any of the Cigar kits.
