Lookin like I will be down for the count for the rest of this week & part of next week thanks to 19 yr old driver not paying attention & cutting me off with my WHOLE family in truck, rolled twice after impact going 55mph. Everyone got hurt to some degree I took the worse of it with back injury, cut up left arm, sore all over & stiff neck.....

I will be shipping for supplies I guess beings I can't turn anything too good including my head. The truck was 3 months old!!!!!

Dude, that sucks. Might want to rethink your signature though.

Glad no one was seriously injured.

PS- Get a hold of your insurance company and his ASAP. From experience his will NOT want to pay and yours will make them or him.

WoW! That truck is a wreck, no pun intended. Im glad to hear everyone is ok though. Looks bad enough to really have hurt someone bad. You guys are lucky. Good luck with everything and hope everyone has a speedy recovery

Remember......you have a year from the accident to file a court case in most (if not all) areas. Insurance companies are notorious for dragging their feet. After getting the run-a-round for almost a year (I was keeping track)....got an attorney and filed suit (time limit stops at that point). It still took awhile, but they did pay up!

Hope everything gets back to normal and everyone gets well soon!!!

I'll bet your glad you laughed at the thought of buying a Smart car. I hope your recovery is short for you and your family.
 
Well finally got rental car today, actually put me in 2011 Dodge Charger nice wheels. We will see how quick things get resolved right now the drugs are what's making me even be able to smile.

And the still be alive part...

As to the signature post, I didn't scream or yell BUT I did think I was going to die...

Glad to hear that you and your family are ok and that your families injuries were not worse than what they were. Take care.
 
Yikes feel for your frustrations. I had a motorwy crunch last November....... just bad ice no one to blame and only now getting back at the lathe . Get well soon and best wishes for your family
