Goat Horn?

I live in Hawaii and have good sales on antler pens that are of local origin (Black tail here on Kauai). One of my sources for the antler has mentioned that he has plenty goat horn available. I did a brief search and did not find any mention of goat horn pens. Tell me, has anyone tried goat horn? If so, is it a "winner" or a "don't bother". I will be getting some antler from Molokai, and want to decide if it is worth my while to get the goat horn also.

I did a Ram (sheep) horn pen for a fellow worker to give to his sister who raises sheep. Turned out well. The end next to the head portion got pretty soft so I had to CA the devil out of it to finish.

If the goat horn isn't any significant extra cost, go for it. I'd do it.
