I turned a handle for one of the PSI ratcheting screwdrivers and was wondering about the best way to epoxy the handle to the mechanism. The instructions have you drill a 3/4" hole to fit the mechanism, but I'm concerned about the best way to epoxy it without mucking up the mechanism and/or getting glue down into the smaller hole.

I would spread the epoxy directly on the hardware portion of your kit. Secondly wrap masking tape around the perimeter
of your wood handle to avoid overrun of epoxy. Thirdly I I would use a clamp to gently squeeze the hardware into the
wood turned handle.

Disclaimer: I have NOT built this kit.

1. Consider putting some wax on the bottom of the rotating ring to help insure it doesn't become stuck. I would mask off the part that will be epoxied before doing this so you don't get wax on the surface you want glued.
2. After the "open" time of the epoxy but before "cure" time, check to make sure the mechanism functions properly.
