Glue and resin

Ok another newbie question. What is the best way if possible to glue wood to resin or acrylic?

I have done this for about the last month. No luck what so ever with CA. All the best results with epoxy. I use Devcon others use other stuff...what's more important IMHO is to use epoxy over CA...YMMV.

medium ca works good. Just make sure your 2 surfaces are flat. epoxy also works the same. Just make sure you clamp it.

I've done lots of segmenting of wood/acrylic/metal using nothing but medium CA and have yet to have a failure (knock on wood).

Occasionally I will use a tinted epoxy if I want to be 100% sure that the joint will disappear or if I need longer working time.
