Hi IAP, Today I finished my first slimline pen, from PSI it is made of Hawaiian Milo wood. I am going to donate it to the servicemen, because I want to repay the forum in some way for giving me so much needed knowledge and generosity. I can't thank you guys enough, Chris Allen and Jackson Browne for sending me micro mesh and wood blanks!
Although I didn't use the micro mesh since I was scared of using a CA finish on the pen since it was my first. My teachers method was to using a high friction polish and some sort of buffing compound? No idea, but it was brown and I will post pictures up of my very first pen this weekend I hope I did alright!! Thanks again guys :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:
