Oh no nothing wrong with my jet mini I am just adding with a Jet Midi also with veriable speed!!! They said they hope by next Friday Saturday!! Just a small upgrade and addition to rock my world into excitment!!!

Nice work area, congrats on the new lathe. Who did the quilts hanging the wall in the left of the picture and on the floor in the left of the picture? They also look nice.

Cindy ---I was thinking the same thing then it hit me----that's not a quilt that's a heavy duty curtain.
Congrats on moving up to VS, of course you realize that you will be spoiled and never able to go back.

Alright this is an amazing beautiful new toy! However there is no time as Charlie is on the way here and I have a million things before he gets here!!!! However no way was it going to sit in the box another minute!
Cindy the quilt is only for weather protection as that is the door. But I covered it up so the 20 degree draft does not come in and besides what do you need a door for who wants to leave the shop!:biggrin:
I have not even used it yet and can see there is no going back although I will be doing dual duty projects on each lathe at a time.

Yes thurway is opened all the way to my place it's closed 2 exits after! We are pretty cleared out and not much more snow has fallen it's all more south now.
Read above posts! Ones can never have to many lathes I just hope you loaded all the spare time of a lifetime for me in the truck! LoL!!!

Very Nice. i need another lathe. I taught my wife how to turn. ( does very fine job bytheway) I caught her eyeballing that new comander in the psi catalog. Well now i know what to get her for a late christmas presant.

Don't forget-----SWMBO will also need tools (that you get to sharpen) and a nice chuck. Lets not forget the complete pen tooling set-up also.
It's going to be a expensive Christmas------you thought that buying stuff for your lathe was expensive---now it X's two.
