Are your floors as cold as mine are in the winter? I put down the 3/4" floor pads that interconnect. Makes it a bunch easier on the feet.

FWIW, I found the top of my workbench last week. Hopefully, that makes everyone feel better about their shop.

I just took something into the shop a few minutes ago. Organized might work. Keeping a shop clean is like pushing a wet string up the wall; like nailing a piece of Jello to the wall. Know whut I mean, Vern?

I went through mine this past winter also. It started out as a quick cleanup that turned into a major clean up and reorganizing. I bought a few new toys and now I too can actually use my workbench. It was a catch-all for everything. But it will now become the primary work area. I use to use the tablesaw as my work surface. Throw a piece of plywood on top and that was it. I actually surprised myself how well things cleaned up. Have a few things left to do. Mainly reroute some dust hoses. Also putting together some store bought jigs. other jigs I will be making when I start shop up once again this winter. Maybe when I get all completed I will shoot a few photos because not sure how long it will stay this way.
