Getting ahold of Lazerlinz

I purchased 30 or so of the lazer kits during the fantastic 50% off offer. I love the kits and have completed 8 of them so far. I had a couple of questions an sent an email last week directly fom their website, one from my email and also a PM to Constant. The PM has been read but I have not been contacted yet. How long would you wait before making another contact?
