GEL PEN ROLLER BALL ?

I have always liked gel pens and roller balls run a close second. How can I tell when looking at a custom pen builder whom may build a pen that will take gel pen fills I have found some that use roller balls but being new to custom pens unsure if there is a way to tell if the pen i buy from a builder will take a specific type refill ie: gel ect

Any pen that uses parker refills will allow you to use a gel refill since Parker makes gel ink refills. Several dealers here sell gel ink refills for parker style pens and for other rollerball pens like the Jr. Gent and the Baron style pens.

I have found that the Pilot G2 gel refill will fit the majority of the rollerball pens we make (e.g., Churchill, JR Gent II, Baron, etc.). The G2 is sold in most office supply stores and 1 or 2 IAP sell them.

I actually had a guy who used a cross refill in a Baron style pen that worked for him.
