A friend of mine asked if I could make a blank for a friend of his that retired from Ford. I cut out the logo using vinyl and ironed it on cloth then cast in Alumilite resin. I liked the looks of the blank and he just sent me a picture of the finished pen. I think it looks great and hopefully the new owner will think so when Christmas rolls around.

Great pen Kenny. In case you haven't discovered this yet, you might want to unscrew the tire on the end and put a small drop of CA or thread lock on the threads as I have had some come loose before. You don't want to loose a tire :)

Thanks for the heads up David. As mentioned earlier I just made the blank. I'll pass this info along to my friend that turned it and since I'll probably make one for myself I'll try this when the time comes. Thanks for the comments.
