Here's my second casting, the casting it self worked much better, I think because my shop was warmer and I used a little more caytalist. The main trouble I am having though it PR is cracking when I insert the tip, this is a problem I have not had until I started with PR. Any thoughts?

You could also be pressing the tip in too hard or giving it that little bit of extra push to make sure it's all the way in. If not then I agree, something inside the tube.

If the resin is over catalyzed it is prone to cracking when parts are pressed in. I agree that the problem is probably glue in the tube, but over catalyzed resin will make it more likely to crack with just the slightest trace of glue in the tube.
