I was turning a pen when a spider crawled down the inside of my face shield. It was so unexpected it scared me. Didn't get a catch as I didn't flinch. But I stopped pretty quick to remove it. 
Funny thing happened yesterday

Similar thing happened as I was driving. Mosquito went in my glasses and actually went into my eye as I was shifting.
I did flinch though, and I'm sure surrounding drivers were concerned about my abilities as I did some jerky swerves and bad shift lol.

I was riding my motorcycle when a rather large spider was crawling around the inside of my helmet. I would normally freak, but I calmly pulled over, put the bike in neutral, and yanked that helmet off as fast as I could and didn't bother putting it back on until I was darn sure that spider was out.

Don't have any spider stories, but was working on the lathe one day, changing belts or pulleys... don't remember which, but left the cover open and went to the house... a couple days later I finally got back to the shop to find the lathe headstock was full of acorns.
