Last week we where joking around about Corn nuts. SWMBO had never seen or heard of them before---so I was trying to tell her about them when a small light came on.

Hey you could make Clappers for bells out of them.

Original, I'll give you that, but why not just turn some wood ones or corian. Just drill a long hole through the blank small enough for the chain to fit in, turn off some beads, then glue the chain inside?

Now that you have the corny "nutter bells," you need to make some "butter" bells, then when you combine them you cna have some "Nutter butter" bells, paint em blue and have nutter butter blue bell which comes from contented cows eating the corn nuts.... I better stop

Corn nuts are one of my favorite snacks. It's an interesting idea, but there's no way I could sacrifice a corn nut to a bell.
