Full- size Gentlemen's

Can someone give me the specifics on the full-size Gentlemen's pen, such as required drill bits, blank size, where to get the kits, etc? I have a few Jr Gent 1 kits with more on the way but for my personal pen, I think I'd like to try the big monster.

Hi, on the large Gent you might have to sand the 37/64th hole some, on almost all of the ones i make i have to do that. Also sometimes the clip wont just pop on you have to fool with that. If you have any problems doing that , just holler. Carl
