Free Style Loser

Thought I'd go ahead and post this one, since it failed to make the final cut in the Free Style contest. Merlot Lucite blank from Indy-Pen-Dance.It has a Heritage semi-flex nib, and Ebonite section from the same vendor. I sliced the blank into sections and rotated each piece to get this affect. Installed a couple brass bands, and turned a brass finial. Thanks for looking!

Chuck, That is a gorgeous pen. I can think a lot of very complimentary adjectives to describe your beautiful pen but can assure you loser is not one of them. The work you put into that stunning piece is very evident..!!

Scott, I use 2 regular size blanks with these pens, since I turn on a metal lathe. I cut the slices on a 10" band saw. The kerf is .019 I think.
