Hi everyone,
I have been doing some research looking for some plans to build my daughter a Captains Bed with drawers on each side and a "secret storage" in the center that has a door but doesn't look like one. If anyone has some plans that I can use or multiple plans that I can modify to suit the task and her style tastes it would be appreciated. I also need to know what is out there for hardware to make the "secret door" look and function properly.
This will be made for either a double or queen mattress, depending on what the two "bosses" finally decide on. I have been saving a bunch of curly maple for a special project and the time has come to use some of it to make a bed that will outlast me.
