Fourth Pen Up

This is the fourth and final style pen kit I recently bought to give a try. I will be showing this again with a couple other blanks. But I really love this kit in that it is different in textures. This is a Monarch gun metal/ matt black finish kit The matt black is a nice look and feel. It is a break away from all the shiny finishes you see on all the kits. Wish they would do this in different colors too. But the black lends itself to all sorts of blanks. Here is a M3 Mokume simulated Damascus Steel blank. I tried to keep a few MM grits down from full gloss even though it does not polish up to gloss. This blank has some heft to it compared to ordinary acrylics. Turns nicely but is dusty. Really like the matchup. Thanks for looking and as always any comments or questions are always welcomed.

I do not know. I just got this kit a couple weeks ago. It is fairly new on the market so not sure if there is any feedback yet.

That works brilliantly John and a semi matte finish as well. Nice work , might see if these are available over here as I definately like the look of that.
