Made today using Wood's I like 2 Hornbeam 1 Zebrano and 1 Pink Ivory. The Pink Ivory gave me the usual chipping problem and the Hornbeam chipped a little , but with a little CA and sawdust able to hide the problem. Also I am not a fan of the Bolt action kit the clips are short and lack spring.
Hope you like them please feel free to comment as always.

Stunning work. I like the zebrano one , how did you grain fill without losing the strip definition ?

With pink Ivory I found using skew cut with a small round skew overcame any issues I had, give it a go .

Thank for your comments I did use a standard Skew.
The finish on all my Pens having given up on CA is Sanding Sealer diluted 2 :1 with Cellulose thinners. Followed by Friction polish about 4 applications Lathe on and off then Microcrystalline Wax. Hope this helps.
