I really do look forward to turning exciting blanks for higher end pens like these Baron/Cabellero and Diamond Knurl rollerballs. The alumilite blanks were from JohnU via ExoticBlanks and WoodTurningz (aluminum mesh). They all shined up well but may not display the shine in my photos.

They all shined up well but may not display the shine in my photos.
I don't know about that, the shine shows up pretty well. Of course pictures never do them justice, though. Those are all beautiful pens! I'm on the fence about honeycomb blanks in general, but that one is certainly well paired with the kit.
