Fountain Pen in Copper Fire

Good afternoon,

As it's been a while since I Iast posted a pen here I thought it was high time to do so again.

Here is a kitless pen turned from a Krinite Copper Pearl acrylic - I prefer the name Copper Fire . The cap has an integral rollstop - a silver ear stud with a turned inlay from the same material.

Sporting a Bock #6 Rose Gold nib, and single start M10 x 1 section threads and M13 x 1(single start) cap/barrel threads. The cap is removed within 1.8 turns.

Specs:
Closed - 154 mm
Open - 152 mm
Cap widest - 16.06 mm
Barrel widest - 15.45 mm
Section pinch - 10.73 mm

Thanks for your comment. As for the roll stop, it's not a stone but a piece of the acrylic turned down to 6mm x 3mm and inserted into a silver ear stud, which in turn is glued into the cap - (clearly cut the stem) aligned with the nib when the cap is closed. That's so that with the roll stop uppermost and the cap is removed, the nib is also facing upwards. Also, as an aside, a single start thread ensures that both the pattern on the blank and the rollstop are always in the 'correct' position.
