A lady at my last had a fountain pen that needed repair but I don't recognize it.
Here's some pics the last one show the problem it looks like a broke converter or cartridge.
Appreciate any help or point me in the right direction

Are there any identifying marks in the cap or on the nib at all? Is there a brass tube inside the cap or is it just material/plastic?

It looks like a Lamy style nib, but is not Lamy. My guess is that it is a Temu or Alibaba pen. I haven't seen any kits that use a Lamy style nib, but there may be something out there. Definitely not a standard Jowo, Bock, or IPG nib we typically see in kits.

Thanks for the replies
It doesn't look like a kit pen
The fit and finish look real good
The cap snaps on

The only mark on the nib is EF which I think means extra fine
Only 3 dots on the clip
Here's another shot of the nib.
Thanks for the help

I have seen Jinhao pens with that clip. For example, the Jinhao x450 (pictured below) has a very similar clip. Jinhao now makes Lamy clones too, but I don't see that pen. As Duncan mentioned with the nib, there are probably several factories in China using the same clip.

Here is from Jinhao announcing what appears to be the same style nib:

I would look through Ali Express for Jinhao fountain pens with Lamy style nibs and see if you can find a match.

Thanks Mark that's the one.
The lady showed up at my last show and insisted that she bought the pen from me.
I was getting close to making her a new pen just to keep her happy.
Thanks to everyone that replied
Mike
