ForumRunner vs. Mobile Browser?

For those of you using the ForumRunner app, what are your thoughts? Is it far better than using your mobile browser? There's another thread going around discussing IAP vs. Facebook, and many folks like the ease of using FB on a mobile device. I've personally thought of using ForumRunner, but I have always just used a Safari tab instead.

For those of us that may be on the fence with regards to purchasing/using FR, how can you help?

I realize this should be in the Site Help, Tips, How-To forum, but it's a little less traveled than the Casual Conversation forum

I use both at times, but find the formatting, etc of forum runner is better/faster for me to browse the new threads.

Well worth the couple of bucks IMO!

Forum runner is by far hands down superior to a browser. Same with tapatalk. Mobile browser has to many limitations restrictions and view problems.

Forum runner. Very easy. Love it.

It's also handy because there's another woodworking forum I also frequent that's on Forumrunner.

Ok. I bought the app, and so far I do like it better than the mobile browser. I love that I can pull up just threads I've participated in. I don't think I've seen that function on the browser. Replies, this being my first, seem much easier.

From the homepage (or any other IAP page), click <Search> and then <Find Threads I've Joined>.

I use Forum Runner. Easier to read than the IAP web page on a small screen. Some pictures hosted offsite or in the IAP Gallery show as a bunch of text that won't open but I just look at them later on the iMac at home. Posting is easier on a desktop. This is my limit for length using a thumb.
