Working on that Junior Gent I forgot to turn between centers rather than using a mandrel. The tubes are a bit eccentric. Funny too because I made sure my tail stock wasn't too tight and only turned one tube at a time.

Oh well, it's giftable and I finally figured out how to assemble it. Thankful for the advice about the Penn State disassembly tool. Took some muscle but it did come out.
