Fordite shavings in black Alumilte

This is a blank that was gifted to me by a fellow member, Brandy. It is fordite shavings and small pieces cast in black Alumilite. I paired it with a cigar kit in satin gold. Although not originally sold on the pairing, looking at it now, I wouldn't want it any other way. It was finished with micro mesh and Hut's plastic polish.
I will apologize and say that I have been silent with this side of the forums. As some, or many of you may know, I have not been silent on the for sale side. I might be a tad shy when it comes to showing and commenting on the amazing work on here. But, I know I wanted to come out from hiding with this particular gift from Brandy, who was very generous and kind, as well as inspiring me to try it out with some of the fordite I have. Thank you to all who have read this far and thank you Brandy for this keeper which is all mine!

Really nice work Jeb. The blank is very pretty and I will also compliment your turning. It also is a great match with the kit plating; not one we commonly seen, but it works well with the colors. Well done!

Like it alot although I am a Wood Blank man I like this. The kit is also a favourite.
