Flame Heated Purple Heart and Chakte-Kok Slim-Lines

Tried my hand at heating the Purple Heart blank after I turned it to the shape I desired with a propane torch. Where the flame hit the pen the purple immediately deepened. It was a very unique experience to watch and perform. I then sanded to it's final shape and put on a CA finish. I chose to add the stylus feature to this one.

Second I turned my first Chakte-Kok pen tonight and finished it with CA as well. I'll be interested to discover what the colour transitions to on this one.
