Does anybody know how to make the fishing rod handles out of acrilic?

I've seen some photos of rods LanceD makes using burls and acrylics, pretty amazing work. If he doesn't see this, send him a PM.

Here are a few photo's of some rod handles and acrylic reel seats I made. Photo's aren't much but you can get an idea of what you can do to make some unique handles. Let me know if you have any questions.
