First Tru-Stone pens

These are my first attempts at using Tru-Stone. The cigar is Blue Lapis and the Sedona is Larimar.

They look best if you click on the picture and expand it to full size.

Those look great Bob. Looks like you got a Lapis with a lot of veins. How did you like turning them?

Very nice work. I am quite partial to that Larimar Sedona. Good plating and material combination.

Now give turning trustone FP/RB's as closed-ends, they really dazzle.

Nice work and that is a really good piece of Lapis that you got, some don't have anywhere near that much gold in them.

Great work...I have the Larimar Ready to assemble. I found the Lapis pretty hard compared to the Larimar. Did you find it that way?

I found the Lapis was harder than the Larimar, but I tried to follow the mantra of "go slow, small cuts, sharp tools".
