First time acrylic

This is the first time I've turned acrylic and really enjoyed it. I had a friend in town this weekend and he really liked a bolt action I had laying there so I turned this one yesterday morning for him.

I can only seem to add one pic at a time and I'm having to do it from my phone.

I like the colors and patterns you get with acrylic but I also enjoy the comparative ease of woods; so I go back and forth.
