First Segmented vase

Hi I have loved these for so long so I finally got up the courage what do you think of it. the wood is silky oak, rosewood and pine.
Love to hear your thoughts. This is the largest thing I have ever turned

I think for a vase it's rather beefy. Perhaps you can make a lid and fill it with sugar? The segmenting part of your project looks fantastic. Congrats on accomplishing such a project, especially one with some length to it.
