I have been turning pens for a long time, but this is the first time I have posted on this (or any) site. I sell my pens in a few stores, and have a website. I live in Bastrop, Texas with my wife and daughter.
I have been enjoying seeing your great pens, so I thought I'd pitch in!
This is a pen titled "PINNACLE". I made this for a collector out of Plano, Texas. It is a Cambridge Ultra Fountain, and it's made from 86 individual pieces of yellow heart, amboyna burl, blue stabilized buckeye burl, American holly and black-dyed poplar. The inlays are green abalone.
Sorry for the bad pics, but I was in a hurry and I wasn't going to place this pen on my site! Thanks for looking!
