I just made my first attempt at uploading to the net. I still can't get the picture in this post but it is in my album. Let me know what you think.

Nope! I just used the tubes that came with the kit. It makes a shorter pen , but if they were all the same length they'd be boring. I did make a loose cb for it out of gold aquapearl but I think it looks better without it.

That is some lovely wood. Nice finish - what did you use?

I used a ca finish. About 3 or 4 attempts. Used a lot of sandpaper.
