Well this was the first attempt at a slimline on my lathe turned out ok but not that impressed overall It is Paduk with a Spanish Olivewood Center band. CA finish

Nice job for your first one!! The form and fit are nice and pleasing.
Keep on working on that finish, it'll come. I've been doing this for a couple of years, and I still sometimes have a CA finish that just won't come together for me.
