First of Cocobolo

I had not used Cocobolo before. I found a chunk at a good price so I decided to give it a go.
The finish is Tru Oil and toped with Gun Stock wax. I know do not use an oil finish on Cocobolo. I just had to try it out. So far so good.

Thanks for the kind words. I forgot to mention. For those that have asked on another post. The upper barral is resting on Birch Bark ready to be glued up.
