I'm brand new to pen turning. Just started doing these about a week ago. I've made about 8 slimline pens/pencils, but this is my first pen that I had to cut the blank, drill the hole, etc. It's not real fancy or anything, but it's a Designer Twist pen kit from Penn State with a satin finish. They said the blanks were cocobolo wood in the online listing, but the package was marked Bocote wood.
Either way, I'm kind of proud of this one. Let me know what you think. (the photo is awful, and I'm sorry for that. Will work on better photos in the future)
