First Mora Hidden Tang

[Humongous]

This is the first hidden tang knife that I have done. The handle is black walnut, birdseye maple and aromatic red cedar with a peened copper bolster plate. The finish is 3 coats of Behr scandavian tung oil finish. I also added a custom leather sheath to complete the set. I picked up the blank at the Rockler store in Buffalo on sale for $9.00. These are a lot of fun to make and the carbon steel blade takes a wicked sharp edge. It's not perfect and there a few things that I would do differently but happy with the way it turned out.
