First Gear Shift

Hello All,

I made my first gear shift tonight, not sure what kind of wood it is but maybe somebody will be able to tell. Anyways, here are some pictures of the process. Let me know what you think, thanks.

Looks like Bocote I think.

Looks nice. I think it might be marble wood or zebra wood....

Very beautifully done! That should add some value to the car, now if you sell the car add a couple of hundred for the gear shift knob.

the threads are M10x1.25 but i didnt thread them i just drilled a hole so that they would screw on
