That's a very nice group of pens, especially considering the 1 month mark! I really like your setup and photography also.

Warren as a kid I used to marvel at the story of The Pilgrims Progress mate you have exceeded in your trial period IMHO excellent work and presentation. Predicting a great future for you in Penmaking your application is obvious.

Thank you all for the kind words. I still have a few throw away blanks here and there and am needing to pick up some better gouges. (Any to reccomend?)

But other than that I have been having a lot of fun with it and selling a fair amount. And actually I just looked it up and it hasn't even quite been a month yet. First pen I ever turned was on 6/26. ;)

Recommended gouges

Pick up an "Easy wood tool". Their finishing gouge is the bomb. They also have a small pen turning tool that might be of interest to you. …just my .02¢

Great set of pens, by the way!:)
